- Tool Insurance: Shop technicians are provided tool insurance contingent on their signing of a Tool Lease form and filing a complete tool inventory with the company. A deductible does apply and the tools must remain at their work location.
- Provided Equipment: The company provides eligible technicians with a creeper, trouble or reel light, ear plugs, safety goggles and dust masks.
- Reimbursable Expenses: Eligible technicians will be reimbursed for the following provided that receipts are submitted to the company:
- Air Impact Wrenches: Reimbursable up to $100 annually per technician for rebuilding of air impact wrenches, or applied towards the purchase of a replacement if the old wrench is no longer serviceable.
- Prescription Safety Glasses: Safely glass frames w/safety lenses used in the workplace will be reimbursed at up to $75/year. Must be OSHA approved.
- Steel-toed Boots: Eligible employees are reimbursed $50/year towards the purchase of steel-toed boots. Boots must be used in the work place.
- Torque Wrench: Torque wrenches owned by employees and used exclusively at work will be calibrated annually at company expense.
